This challenge I have to say really touched home for me. Iv always been some one who feels like my mind is a over crowded room with to many people talking at the same time. So writing things down ,making a goal list,or letting anger out. So for this challenge iv focused on me. Us as women forget soo much to take the time for ourselves we need and deserve. We are moms,home makers,wifes,cooks,nurses,activity planner,driver. All these rolls we play are such a blessing but most of us fall into the routine and completely forget that we matter to. It's not selfish,it's not you ignoring your responsibilities. It's you taking care of you so that you may continue to embrace and take on all these rolls in life we do every day. So I encourage you. 1hour or even 30 min step away,be with your self. Write,listen to music,go for a walk be with yourself,and know that you are ever so powerful and loved.
